MAESTRO performances combine classical guitar, emotion, and elegance. Programs are tailored for different occasions — from cultural events and corporate receptions to private gatherings and full evening concerts. The repertoire includes classical and film music, as well as selected popular pieces arranged for acoustic guitar. 🎸 MAESTRO Guitar Learning Program
The MAESTRO Guitar Program is designed as a personalized approach to learning guitar — without pressure, with a strong focus on understanding music and developing your own musical style. Lessons take place individually or in pairs, and the learning pace is fully adapted to each student, regardless of age or previous experience. For students who are not located in Varaždin, online lessons can also be arranged. You learn and play what matters most to you — whether you want to learn your first chords, improve your technique, prepare for a performance, or simply enjoy playing music. The focus is on overall musical development, understanding rhythm, expressing yourself through the instrument, and enjoying the learning process. Maestro Guitar Center was created with the idea of bringing the guitar closer to everyone — from complete beginners to advanced musicians.
The center is designed as a place for learning, creativity, and sharing a passion for music, where lessons take place individually or in pairs in a pleasant and motivating environment.
All programs are tailored to each student, with a strong emphasis on a personal approach and the individual musical goals of every learner.
Alongside education, Maestro Guitar Center also offers classical guitar performances — from intimate recitals to full evening concert programs — for cultural, corporate, and private events.
The vision of the center is to create a community where music is experienced, understood, and shared.
👨🏫 Head Professor and Concert Artist: Vanja Posavec, M.Mus.
Vanja Posavec (b. 1992) has been playing guitar since the age of ten. He completed his undergraduate and master's studies in guitar at the academies in Augsburg (Germany) and Maastricht (Netherlands) under renowned professors Takeo Sato and Carlo Marchione. Vanja teaches students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced musicians, with the goal of bringing the guitar closer to everyone — as an instrument that connects technique, expression, and a love for music. He brings together his knowledge and experience through his own project, Maestro Guitar Center, where he teaches, performs, and develops a unique approach that combines education, artistry, and musical inspiration. He works as a guitar professor at the Art Department of Novi Marof Elementary School and at the Fortunat Pintarić Art School in Koprivnica. Students from his class have won multiple awards at international guitar competitions. As a concert guitarist, he has performed both in Croatia and internationally. Notable performances include: • Tremolo Guitar Festival (Skopje) • IGFA Festival (Augsburg) • Malinska Music Festival • Programs organized by the Sklad Bakar Association • Concert for the Norwegian Embassy in Zagreb • Performance as part of the project “Rijeka 2020 – European Capital of Culture” • Performances on concerts and events organized by "Allegro Koprivnica"
